BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
After exchanging and reaching consensus with relevant Ministries and sectors;
At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Policy Department; Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1:
ANNOUNCES THE LIST OF 11 CIRCULARS JOINTLY ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE IN LEADERSHIP TOGETHER WITH OTHER MINISTRIES AND SECTORS UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 1999 THAT HAVE LOST LEGAL EFFECT (ATTACHED).
Article 2:
This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3:
The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the direct control of the central government, and units subordinate to or directly under the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
