Decree No. Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government Providing functions, tasks, powersof ministries and ministerial-level agencies of the Government Inspectorate;

On the basis of Decree No. 71/1998/ND-CP dated September 8, 1998 of the Government Issuing the Regulation implementing democracy in the activities of the agency;

Pursuant to Decision No. 2751/QD-TTCP dated November 29, 2013 of the Officeof the Government Inspectorate regarding the establishment of the Steering Committee forImplementing the Democratic Regulations in Activities of the Government Inspectorate.this Circular to stipulate the Conduct Rules for civil servants, public officials in the inspection sector and public officials engaged in citizen reception work.

Upon examination At the request of the Director of the Organization and Cadre Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Regulations on the Operation of the Steering Committee for Implementing Democratic Regulations in the Activities of the Government Inspectorate".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance

Article 3. The Head of the General Office, Directors of Departments, Heads of Bureaus, Units, and Organizations under the Government Inspectorate, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
