RESOLUTION NO. 666-VH/QĐ OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE ON APRIL 1, 1985 RANKING THE THIRD CATEGORY OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES
WHEREAS Article 46 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated December 19, 1980;
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 14-LCT/HĐNN7 dated April 4, 1984 of the State Council of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritages and scenic spots;
WHEREAS the proposal of the Director of the Department for Heritage Conservation regarding the recognition of historical and cultural heritages and scenic spots;

Article 1. - NOW, THE FOLLOWING HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES AND SCENIC SPOTS IN THE THREE PROVINCES ARE RECOGNIZED:
HANOI CITY.
- Historical Site: Kim Son Pagoda, Kim Ma Street, Kim Ma Ward, Ba Dinh District.
AN GIANG PROVINCE.
- Historical Site: Tuc Dup Hill, An Ninh Commune, Tri Ton District.
SONG BE PROVINCE.
- Historical Site: The Tomb of 3,000 compatriots of An Loc massacred by the US imperialists on October 3, 1972.
Article 2. - Any construction or exploitation activities within the protected areas of these heritages must be approved by the Minister of Culture.
Article 3. - The People's Committees at all levels in Hanoi City, An Giang Province, and Song Be Province shall implement state management over historical and cultural heritages and scenic spots according to the ordinance on the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritages and scenic spots issued by the State Council.
Article 4. - The Heads of the Office of the Ministry of Culture, the Department for Heritage Conservation, the People's Committees at all levels, and the Departments of Culture and Information in the aforementioned provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision.
