Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for the Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Normative Documents;

Article 1. Announcing the List of Legal Normative Documents issued by the Ministry of Trade that have ceased to be effective as of April 15, 2000, comprising 387 documents.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under central cities, and units under the Ministry of Trade are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
