Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government on converting wholly state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 100/2007/QD-BTC dated December 6, 2007 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Regulation on the selection and supervision of consulting organizations for valuation;
Pursuant to the applications of organizations submitting registration files for enterprise value determination activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announcing the list of consulting organizations for valuation that continue to provide enterprise value determination services after being suspended according to Decision No. 1007/QD-BTC dated May 15, 2009 of the Minister of Finance.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of Corporate Finance, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Head of the Financial Department of Banks and Financial Institutions, the Directors of wholly state-owned enterprises converted into joint-stock companies, the Directors of consulting organizations for valuation, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
