DECISION
Regarding the merger of the Kon Ha Nung Forestry Experimental Center
into the Tropical Forestry Center under
the Vietnam Forest Science Institute
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated January 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1007/TCH dated September 25, 1981 regarding the establishment of the Kon Ha Nung Forestry Experimental Center and Decision No. 06/TCLD dated January 5, 1990 regarding the establishment of the Tropical Forestry Center by the Minister of Forestry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development);
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Forest Science Institute, the Head of the Science and Technology Department and the Organizational Cadre Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Kon Ha Nung Forestry Experimental Center shall be merged into the Tropical Forestry Center and reorganized into the Kon Ha Nung Experimental Station. The station will be a unit without its own seal or separate account, directly subordinate to the Tropical Forestry Center - Vietnam Forest Science Institute.
Article 2. The Director of the Vietnam Forest Science Institute is tasked with determining the specific duties, staffing, operational regulations... of the Kon Ha Nung Experimental Station under the Tropical Forestry Center according to current regulations.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Organizational Cadre Department, Heads of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Vietnam Forest Science Institute are responsible for implementing this decision./.
