Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Interior,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Border and Foreign Affairs Board under the People's Committee of Son La Province shall be established based on restructuring the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Border Board under the People's Committee of Son La Province.
Article 2.The Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province shall specify the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Border and Foreign Affairs Board of Son La Province.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Interior are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
