REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE LIST OF PROJECTS
TO BE FUNDED BY STATE DEVELOPMENT CREDIT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 106/2004/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2004 ON STATE DEVELOPMENT CREDIT;

BASED ON THE LETTER 176/TTg-CNDATED FEBRUARY 14, 2005 FROM THE PRIME MINISTER;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECISION:
Article 1. SUPPLEMENTING THE LIST OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY STATE DEVELOPMENT CREDIT ACCOMPANIED WITH DECISION NO. 54/2004/QD-BTC JUNE 16, 2004 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE PROJECT OF THE FACTORY FOR PRODUCTION OF MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT OF THE MECHANICAL, CONSTRUCTION AND ELECTRIC WATER INSTALLATION COMPANY UNDER THE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL CORPORATION (MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION).
Article 2. THE ABOVE-NAMED PROJECT SATISFIES ALL CONDITIONS PERMITTED TO RECEIVE STATE DEVELOPMENT CREDIT. THE TERM OF THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE INVESTOR OF THE PROJECT AND THE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FUND SHALL END ON DECEMBER 31, 2005.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FUND; THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF BANK FINANCE AND FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS; AND THE INVESTOR OF THE ABOVE-NAMED PROJECT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
