DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the assignment of doctoral training tasks to the Institute of Rice Research in the Mekong Delta
under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 1503/DH&SDH dated March 3, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of doctoral training to the Institute of Rice Research in the Mekong Delta; the Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific fields of study.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Director of the Institute of Rice Research in the Mekong Delta are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
