THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

WHEREAS, Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government provides detailed regulations on certain provisions of the Labor Code concerning labor safety and hygiene; Decree No. 110/2002/NĐ-CP of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government;

WHEREAS, Circular No. 04/2008/TT-BLĐTBXH dated February 27, 2008 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guides procedures for registering and inspecting machines, equipment, and materials with strict requirements for labor safety;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL SAFETY INSPECTION PROCEDURES FOR MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS WITH STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR LABOR SAFETY:

1. Hot Water and Steam Pipes - Technical Safety Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 04-2008);

2. Refrigeration Systems - Technical Safety Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 05-2008);

3. Boilers - Technical Safety Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 06-2008);

4. Gas Charging and Filling Systems - Technical Safety Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 07-2008);

5. Gas Containers - Technical Safety Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 08-2008);

6. Pressure Vessels - Technical Safety Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 09-2008).

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

ABOLISH Decision No. 2013/2005/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated December 29, 2005 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issuing technical safety inspection procedures for machines, equipment, and materials with strict requirements for labor safety.

Article 3. The Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate, Directors of Technical Safety Inspection Centers under Ministries, Departments, and provinces directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
