Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and the Government Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP of November 11, 2002 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP of December 25, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;.

Considering the letter No. 2114/TTr-UBND of November 29, 2006 from the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province and the monument dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. National Monument Classification:

SCENIC SPOT

DAI LANH PROMONTORY - MON BEACH

HOA TAM COMMUNE, DONG HOA DISTRICT, PHU YEN PROVINCE

The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.

Article 2. People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen Province, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
