Issuing the Supplementary List of Mixed Feeds for Aquaculture Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam

Pursuant to the Fisheries Law 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/ND-CP of the Government dated March 19, 1996 on the Management of Livestock Feeds;

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the Supplementary List of Mixed Feeds for Aquaculture Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam:

Article 1. Attached hereto with this Circular is the "Supplementary List of Mixed Feeds for Aquaculture Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam", which includes:

1. Domestic products (1,949 products);

2. Imported products (263 products).

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Aquaculture, Heads of units under the Ministry, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces/cities directly under the Central Government, organizations, and individuals involved in activities related to the production, business, and use of feeds for aquaculture are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
