Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on unified management of external activities
of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
On the basis of the Operational Rules of the Government issued together with Decree No. 179/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on unified management of external activities of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 2012; replacing Decision No. 28/2005/QD-TTg dated February 1, 2005 of the Prime Minister regarding the issuance of the Regulation on unified management of external activities of provinces and centrally governed cities.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
