Issuing National Technical Regulations on Variety Testing of Crop Plants

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Seed Law dated March 24, 2004;
Article 1. This Circular issues 6 National Technical Regulations on Variety Testing of Crop Plants:
1. National Technical Regulation on Variety Testing for Distinctness, Uniformity, and Stability of Rice Varieties.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals should promptly report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study and amendment./.
