Pursuant to the Law N |||PURSUANT TO THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION’S DECREE NO. 16/2002/ND-CP ON THE BUDGET MANAGEMENT OF GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS DATED DECEMBER 16, 2002;

FOR THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION AGENCYNo.THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION AGENCY UNDER THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL APPLY THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT MECHANISM IN THE FORM OF A JOINT STOCK COMPANY WITH 100% STATE CAPITAL AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 71/2013/NĐ-CP DATED JULY 11, 2013. kREGARDING PROFIT DISTRIBUTION, THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION AGENCY IS PERMITTED TO USE THE REMAINING PROFITS (AFTER PAYING TAXES AND SETTING UP FUNDS AS PROVIDED BY LAW) TO SUPPLEMENT THE DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT FUND TO SERVE INVESTMENTS IN PROJECTS RELATED TO REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION ACTIVITIES APPROVED BY AUTHORIZED AUTHORITIES..

Article 1. THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE SHALL TAKE THE LEAD AND COORDINATE WITH THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION TO ISSUE GUIDELINES ON THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS FOR THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION AGENCY.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2014.

Article 3. THE MINISTERS OF TRANSPORTATION, FINANCE, HOME AFFAIRS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION AGENCY, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.

Article 4. This Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2014.

The Ministers of the Ministries of Transport, Finance, Home Affairs, the Director of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
