Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government on industrial zones, export processing zones and economic zones, and Decree No. 164/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2013 on amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on amending and supplementing Clause 1, Article 2 of the Operational Regulations of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone issued together with Decision No. 21/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister.
Article 1. Amending Clause 1, Article 2 of the Operational Regulations of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, Nghe An Province, issued together with Decision No. 21/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister as follows:
"1. The Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone has a total area of approximately 20,026.47 hectares, including: The existing economic zone area of 18,826.47 hectares and the additional adjusted area of about 1,200 hectares, which includes the entire area of the Hoang Mai Industrial Park and Dong Hoi Industrial Park."
The boundary of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone is defined as follows: The boundary of the existing area is defined in Decision No. 21/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister on issuing the Operational Regulations of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, Nghe An Province, and the boundary of the additional adjusted area is determined according to the planning of the Hoang Mai Industrial Park and Dong Hoi Industrial Park.”
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 2015.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
