DECREE-LAW
No. 67 dated May 13, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
- Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 establishing the principles for organizing ministries in the Government of Vietnam;
- Pursuant to the decree organizing the Ministry of National Economy on May 6, 1946;
- Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of the Ministry of National Economy;
- After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1:
- Mr. Ngô Trọng Phương shall hold the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Economy;
- Mr. Nguyễn Sung shall hold the position of Chief of the Office of the Ministry of National Economy;
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thu shall hold the position of Deputy Director of the Ministry of National Economy.
Article 2: The Minister of the Ministry of National Economy is authorized to implement this Decree-Law./.
