DECREE
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 67 DATED JULY 26, 1947
At the proposal of the Chairman of the Administrative Committee and Finance Commissioner of South Vietnam, with the agreement of the Minister of Interior Affairs and the Minister of Finance;
After consultation between the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
The Administrative Committee of South Vietnam is hereby authorized to issue a bond in South Vietnam for use within South Vietnam (second issuance).
Article 2
The maximum amount borrowed shall be five million dong, with conditions and details of the issuance to be agreed upon after consultation with the Ministry of Interior Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3
An annual interest rate of one hundred percent (100%), not exceeding five percent (5%) excluding expenses related to the issuance.
Article 4
The Ministers of Interior Affairs, Finance, and the Chairman of the Administrative Committee of South Vietnam shall implement this decree.
