REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AWARD COUNCIL FOR THE ORDER FOR THE CAUSE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING MISSIONS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION BY MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Based on Circular No. 1223 TC-CBKH dated June 13, 1994 of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment regarding the awarding of the Order for the Cause of Science and Technology to officials and employees in relevant sectors;
Based on Circular No. 06/TC-KHTC dated November 21, 1994 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the awarding of the Order for the Cause of Science and Technology;
At the proposal of the Heads of the Cadre Organization and Training Department and the Institute of Financial Science,

Article 1: Establish the Award Council for the Order For the Cause of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Finance consisting of the comrades named in the attached list.
Article 2: The Award Council at the ministerial level shall be responsible for reviewing individuals who meet the criteria stipulated in the guiding documents of the State to report to the Minister of Finance.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Heads of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Director of the Institute of Financial Science, the Heads of units with cadres participating in the Council, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
