THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 407/QD-TTg dated March 31, 2009 of the Government Prime Minister on the release of national reserve rice to support Bac Kan province;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Reserve Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. The National Reserve Agency shall allocate (without charge) 600 tons of rice from the national reserve to support Bac Kan province for famine relief.
Article 2. The National Reserve Agency shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Kan province to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at the district centers according to the provincial allocation plan.
The National Reserve Agency shall record the reduction of the national reserve capital for the aforementioned quantity of rice at the accounting cost currently being monitored and report the final settlement of the relief goods in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the National Reserve Agency, the Head of the State Budget Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Price Management Agency, and the Director of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./
