Regarding the issuance of certain temporary norms for technical material support
in the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Program

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree 13/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government and Circular 02/LB-TT dated August 2, 1993 of the Joint Ministries of Agriculture and Food Industry, Forestry, Water Resources, Finance, and Civil Service Management of the Government on agricultural extension work;
Pursuant to Notification No. 1211 KH/TB dated April 12, 2000 regarding administrative and public service plan targets for 2000;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension,

Article 1. Attached hereto is the temporary norm for technical material support for agricultural and forestry extension models. Norms not mentioned in this Decision shall continue to be implemented according to previous decisions.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
