THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 73/CP dated January 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
Pursuant to Decision No. 32/BNN/TCCB/QĐ dated January 8, 1993 of the Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) regarding the establishment of the Central Animal Health Medicine Factory under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the Central Animal Health Medicine Factory from direct affiliation with the Ministry to direct affiliation under the Institute of Veterinary Science.
Article 2. The Central Animal Health Medicine Factory is a State-owned enterprise operating for public benefit and continues to operate in accordance with the relevant laws.
Entrust the Director of the Institute of Veterinary Science with the responsibility for receiving and managing the Central Animal Health Medicine Factory according to the classification of the Ministry and the current regulations of the State.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Personnel Department, the Heads of the relevant agencies and units under the Ministry, the Director of the Institute of Veterinary Science, and the Director of the Central Animal Health Medicine Factory are responsible for implementing this decision.
This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature./.
