REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES FOR USING HO BRIDGE ON NATIONAL ROUTE 38

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Based on the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents;
AFTER CONSIDERING THE OPINION OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION (REFERENCE LETTER NO. 1433/BGTVT-TCKT DATED APRIL 26, 2002);
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE TABLE OF FEES FOR USING HO BRIDGE ON NATIONAL ROUTE 38.
THE SUBJECTS APPLYING THE HO BRIDGE FEES ESTABLISHED BY THIS DECISION SHALL IMPLEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS.
Article 2. THE REVENUE FROM THE HO BRIDGE FEES, AFTER DEDUCTING THE COSTS OF COLLECTION AS PROVIDED AND PAYING THE INTEREST ON LOANS FOR BUILDING THE HO BRIDGE ACCORDING TO THE LOAN CONTRACT, MUST BE FULLY SUBMITTED TO THE STATE BUDGET IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO BRIDGES AND ROADS FUNDED BY THE STATE BUDGET.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 15, 2002.
Article 4. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FEES, UNITS ASSIGNED BY THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION TO COLLECT THE HO BRIDGE FEES, AND RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
