DECREE
APPROVING THE NUMBER AND LIST OF ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM PEOPLE'S COUNCIL
FOR THE 2004 - 2009 TERM
term of Kon Tum province from 2004 to 2009
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 429/2003/NQ-UBTVQH of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly dated December 23, 2003 on fixing the date of elections of members of People's Councils at all levels for the 2004-2009 term;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECREE
Article 1. APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 12 (TWELVE) ELECTION UNITS, 50 (FIFTY) DELEGATES TO THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM PEOPLE'S COUNCIL FOR THE 2004 - 2009 TERM (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairperson of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Minister, Head of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
