THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 on Plant Varieties dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 on Product Quality dated December 24, 1999 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department and the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1.The attached Decision promulgates the "Supplementary List of Plant Varieties Required to Apply Industry Standards."
Article 2. In each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will adjust and supplement this List to meet the needs of plant variety production and trade.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Central Government, the Heads of units, organizations, and individuals related to this Decision are responsible for its implementation./.
