THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/ND-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
CONSIDERING THE PETITION NO. 382/TTr-UBND DATED MARCH 10, 2006 FROM THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PHU THO AND THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE LANG CA THO SON WARD, VIET TRI CITY, PHU THO PROVINCE PHU THO PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE LANG CA ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS ON CULTURAL HERITAGE WITHIN THEIR DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PHU THO PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PHU THO PROVINCE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
