ISSUING STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TITLES OF DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Civil Servants Ordinance dated February 26, 1998, and the Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Civil Servants Ordinance dated April 29, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS, the Government Decree No. 13/2008/ND-CP dated February 4, 2008, on the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TITLES OF DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PROVINCES AND CENTRALLY GOVERNED CITIES, THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY-RELATED AGENCIES AND UNITS, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
