CIRCULAR

BIMPLEMENTATION National Technical Regulation on Noise Control on Ships

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARITIME QUALITY CONTROL AGENCY,

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular to promulgate the National Technical Regulation on Noise Control on Ships.

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Noise Control on Ships.

Registration code: QCVN 80 : 2014/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2015.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Ship Registry, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
