CIRCULAR

Issuing economic-technical norms for creating geological mineral maps at a scale of 1:50,000 for mainland areas

1:50,000 land area scale

Pursuant to the Minerals Law No. 60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;

Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2016/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Minerals;

On the basis of Decision No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the request of the Director General of the Vietnam General Department of Geology and Mineral Resources, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, and the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on issuing economic-technical norms for creating geological mineral maps at a scale of 1:50,000 for mainland areas.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the economic-technical norms for creating geological mineral maps at a scale of 1:50,000 for mainland areas.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 19, 2018.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources General Department, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
