ON ASSIGNING THE TASK OF GRADUATE EDUCATION TO THE 108 MILITARY MEDICAL INSTITUTE
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Decision No. 224/TTg dated May 24, 1976 of the Government Prime Minister on postgraduate training within the country;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of National Defense (document number 518/QP dated April 11, 1994); the Ministry of Education and Training (document number 8749/SĐH dated December 14, 1994); the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (document number 88/TCCBKH dated January 11, 1995);
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of graduate education to the 108 Military Medical Institute (Ministry of National Defense).
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training, together with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, and the Ministry of Health shall define the fields of graduate education for the 108 Military Medical Institute.
Article 3. The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Finance; the Director of the State Planning Commission and the Heads of relevant Ministries and agencies are responsible for implementing this decision.
