GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated December 12, 1997, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam, dated June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated December 12, 1997;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;
At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Cancel the Bank Code of Credit Lyonnais Bank – 603 at point đ, Clause 3, Article 5 of Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000, issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the Provisions on the Banking Code System, Credit Institutions, and the National Treasury that have opened accounts with the State Bank for direct transaction settlements.
Article 2. Amend the fourth item, point d, and the twentieth item, point đ, Clause 3, Article 5 of Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000, issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the Provisions on the Banking Code System, Credit Institutions, and the National Treasury that have opened accounts with the State Bank for direct transaction settlements as follows:

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. Head of the Office, Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Bank, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Governors of State Bank Branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Institutions and the National Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
