CHAIRMAN
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session, tenth term;
On the basis of the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 59/TT-CP dated April 28, 2009,
DECISION:
Article 1. To revoke Vietnamese citizenship for: 333 citizens currently residing in the Federal Republic of Germany; 65 citizens currently residing in the Republic of Korea; 07 citizens currently residing in the Czech Republic; 01 citizen currently residing in the United States of America; 03 citizens currently residing in Japan; 02 citizens currently residing in the Republic of Austria; 11 citizens currently residing in the Republic of Poland; 42 citizens currently residing in the Lao People's Democratic Republic; 09 citizens currently residing in Hong Kong (China); 48 citizens currently residing in the Kingdom of Norway (listed in the attached list).
