Regarding the delegation of authority to decide investment projects to the Vietnam Coffee Corporation

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Decree No. 177-CP dated October 20, 1994 of the Government promulgating the Investment Management and Construction Regulations.
Pursuant to Decree No. 39-CP dated June 27, 1995 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on Organization and Operation of State Corporations.
Pursuant to Decree No. 44-CP dated July 15, 1995 of the Government approving the Regulations on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation.
At the proposal of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation shall submit to the Prime Minister for decision on investment projects of Group A; has the authority to decide on investment projects of Group C, and in cases where it is delegated, may decide on some investment projects of Group B.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
