Regarding the issuance of the Fee Schedule for Using Tan De Bridge on National Route 10

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Based on the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 650/BGTVT-TCKT dated March 1, 2002);
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Fee Schedule for Using Tan De Bridge on National Route 10 is hereby issued together with this Decision.
The subjects applying the fee schedule for Tan De Bridge issued together with this Decision shall comply with current regulations.
Article 2. The organization collecting fees for Tan De Bridge shall collect, remit, and manage the collected fees according to the regulations applicable to bridges funded by state budget.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from June 15, 2002.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees for Tan De Bridge, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
