DECREE
APPROVING THE NUMBER OF ELECTION UNITS AND THE LIST OF ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE ELECTED
FOR EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL MEMBERS
TERM 2004 - 2009 IN THE PROVINCE OF DAK LAK
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 429/2003/NQ-UBTVQH of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly dated December 23, 2003 on fixing the date of elections of members of People's Councils at all levels for the 2004-2009 term;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECREE
Article 1. APPROVING THE NUMBER OF 20 (TWENTY) ELECTION UNITS, 85 (EIGHTY-FIVE) PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL MEMBERS, AND THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE ELECTED FOR EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL MEMBERS IN THE PROVINCE OF DAK LAK FOR THE TERM 2004 - 2009 (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Minister, Head of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
