Regarding the issuance of the Data Security Regulations for Agricultural Chemical Testing

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Article 128 of the Intellectual Property Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Data Security Regulations for Agricultural Chemical Testing".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
