Citing Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Citing Decree No. 116/2007/ND-CP dated July 10, 2007 of the Government on national defense and security education;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of National Defense Education

THESE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF TEACHING, LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT OF STUDY RESULTS FOR THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION SUBJECT ARE HEREBY ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION.,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 40/2002/QD-BGDDT dated October 14, 2002 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Regulations for the National Defense Education Subject. Any previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 2. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of National Defense Education, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, directors of universities and academies; principals of universities, colleges, and vocational secondary schools are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. BANH TIEN LONG
