THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Regulations on the organization and management of national vocational skill assessment and certification.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Leaders of central agencies of political and social organizations; Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the Central Government; Directors of Provincial Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs under the direct jurisdiction of the Central Government; Permanent Secretaries of Ministries, Directors General of the Vocational Training General Department, Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
