THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Plant Variety Law No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department and the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment.
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of industrial tree species and long-term fruit tree varieties that must be certified as meeting standards shall be promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Heads of relevant units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
