REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

BASED ON THE HERITAGE LAW AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE HERITAGE LAW;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 185/2007/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM.
CONSIDERING THE LETTER NO. 315/TTR-UBND OF JANUARY 30, 2008 FROM THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PHU THO PROVINCE AND THE HERITAGE SITE FILE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY,
DECISION:
Article 1. RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES:
ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE
HÀ MẢO PAVILION
THANH MINH COMMUNE, PHU THO TOWN, PHU THO PROVINCE
THE PROTECTED AREA OF THE HERITAGE SITE IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAPS OF THE PROTECTED AREAS IN THE HERITAGE SITE FILE.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES RATED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE HERITAGE SITES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR TASKS AND POWERS AS PROVIDED BY LEGISLATION ON HERITAGE.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PHU THO PROVINCE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM OF PHU THO PROVINCE, AND THE RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
