Regarding the establishment and issuance of the Operating Regulations for
Dinh An Economic Zone, Tra Vinh Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 108/2006/ND-CP dated September 22, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Investment Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government on industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province,
DECISION:

Article 1. Establishing the Dinh An Economic Zone, Tra Vinh Province. Phase 1 with an area of 15,403.7 hectares.

Article 2. Issuing along with this Decision the Operating Regulations for the Dinh An Economic Zone, Tra Vinh Province.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from June 22, 2009.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
