Issuing the List of Veterinary Medicines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals for Aquatic Animal Health Care Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the List of Veterinary Medicines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals for Aquatic Animal Health Care Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of Veterinary Medicines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals for Aquatic Animal Health Care Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature, replacing Appendix 1 of Decision No. 10/2007/QD-BTS dated July 31, 2007 of the Minister of Fisheries on issuing the list of aquatic animal health care medicines and products for environmental improvement and management permitted for circulation in Vietnam, and Appendix 1 of Decision No. 06/2008/QD-BNN dated January 18, 2008 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on supplementing and amending the list of aquatic animal health care medicines and products for environmental improvement and management permitted for circulation in Vietnam.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, heads of related agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary medicines in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
