Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Regulation on the operation of the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Haiphong City.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 2012.
The Regulation on the operation of the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Haiphong City issued together with this Decision replaces the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 06/2008/QD-TTg dated January 10, 2008 of the Prime Minister.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Haiphong City are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
