   Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;   Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2008/ND-CP dated May 30, 2008 of the Government on policies encouraging socialization in activities in the fields of education, vocational training, health care, culture, sports, environment;

PRIME MINISTER

   Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment,

Issuing together with this Decision the Amended and Supplemental Detailed List of Forms, Scale Criteria, and Standards of Entities Implementing Socialization in the Fields of Education and Training, Vocational Training, Health Care, Culture, Sports, Environment issued together with Decision No. 1466/QD-TTg dated October 10, 2008 of the Prime Minister.

In the course of implementation, the contents specified in this List will be reviewed and adjusted to ensure compliance with requirements for socialization and the socio-economic development of the country.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Ministers of the Ministries of Education and Training, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Natural Resources and Environment, within their respective functions of state management, shall be responsible for specifying and guiding the standards and conditions for establishing entities implementing socialization; guiding and confirming entities implementing socialization that meet the criteria specified in the List issued together with this Decision; and resolving any difficulties arising during the implementation process.

The remaining contents of the Detailed List of Forms, Scale Criteria, and Standards of Entities Implementing Socialization in the Fields of Education and Training, Vocational Training, Health Care, Culture, Sports, Environment issued together with Decision No. 1466/QD-TTg dated October 10, 2008 of

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Other contents at the Detailed List of Types, Scale Criteria, and Standards of Socialized Facilities in the fields of Education and Training, Vocational Training, Health Care, Culture, Sports, and Environment issued together with Decision No. 1466/QĐ-TTg dated October 10, 2008 of the

Article 3. Ministers of the Ministries of Education and Training, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Natural Resources and Environment, within their respective functions of state management, shall be responsible for specifying and guiding detailed standards and conditions for establishing socialized facilities; guiding and confirming socialized facilities meeting the criteria set forth in the List issued together with this Decision; and resolving any difficulties arising during implementation.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
