DECISION

 REGULATION ON "PRACTICING PHARMACY AT PHARMACIES" ISSUED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 500/BYT-QD OF APRIL 10, 1992

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

BASED ON THE DECISION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS NO. 276/CP OF JULY 28, 1992 ON UNIFIED MANAGEMENT OF FEES AND CHARGES.

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE MEDICINE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT.

Article 1. NOW AMENDS ARTICLE 15 OF THE REGULATION ON "PRACTICING PHARMACY AT PHARMACIES" AS FOLLOWS:

WHEN RECEIVING THE "LICENSE FOR PRACTICING PHARMACY AT PHARMACIES", THE PARTY MUST PAY A FEE AS PRESCRIBED BY THE STATE.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION ARE ABROGATED.

Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF MEDICINE MANAGEMENT, FINANCE-ACCOUNTING OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY HEALTH SERVICES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
