DECISION
Regarding the appointment of members to the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention
combating drug-related offenses and prostitution
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 50/2007/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2007 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1365/QD-TTg dated October 10, 2007 on the appointment of members to the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention;
Pursuant to Decision No. 615/QD-TTg dated May 14, 2009 on the change of members participating in inter-sectoral coordination councils and boards;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Farmers' Association at Circular No. 322-CVHND dated May 12, 2009,

Article 1. Appoint the following individuals to be members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention:
1. Mr. Nguyen Huu Vu, Deputy Director of the Government Office, replacing Mr. Tran Quoc Toan as a Standing Member of the National Committee.
2. Mr. Ha Phuc MICH, Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Board of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, replacing Mr. Nguyen Huu Mai as a member of the National Committee.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees, members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
