THE MINISTER OF LABOR - WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Based on the Anti-Corruption Law dated November 29, 2005 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Anti-Corruption Law dated August 4, 2007;
Based on Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Code of Conduct for civil servants, public officials, and employees in the Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs sector.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2009.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, Heads of the Civil Service Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs, Heads of agencies and units, and relevant civil servants, public officials, and employees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
