Article 1. Attached hereto are the temporary regulations on the use of additional funds for the steering committees for shareholding reform at the central and local levels to implement Decree No. 28/CP dated May 7, 1996 of the Government.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The steering committees for shareholding reform at the central and local levels and relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
