DECREE
No. 7 dated January 21, 1947
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
In accordance with current needs and upon the proposal of the Minister of Public Works and Communications, the Council of Ministers has agreed,
TO ISSUE THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Mr. Nguyen Van Dat, Second Class Editor in the Post Office Division, is appointed as General Director of the Vietnam Post Office effective from December 17, 1946.
Article 2
The Minister of Public Works and Communications shall implement this Decree accordingly.
