Decision No. 70/2000/QĐ-BNN-TCCB Regarding: Transfer of the Post-Harvest Technology Institute under the Northern Foodstuff Corporation to be directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

DECISION OF THE MINISTER

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Regarding: Transfer of the Post-Harvest Technology Institute under the Northern Foodstuff Corporation to be directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decision No. 782-TTg/QD dated October 24, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization of research and development institutions for science and technology;

Pursuant to Circular No. 607/CP-NN dated June 26, 2000 of the Prime Minister on transferring the Post-Harvest Technology Institute under the Northern Foodstuff Corporation to be directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Planning and Development Department, the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department, the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, and the General Director of the Northern Foodstuff Corporation,

- Transfer the Post-Harvest Technology Institute under the Northern Foodstuff Corporation according to Decision No. 782/TTg to be directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development 

DECISION:

Article 1. - Entrust the General Director of the Northern Foodstuff Corporation and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department to carry out the procedures for transferring the Post-Harvest Technology Institute in its current state to be directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The figures for handover shall be based on the settlement up to December 31, 1999.

Article 2. - Entrust the Directors of the Science and Technology Department and the Planning and Development Department, the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department... to guide the handover, reception, and completion of contents related to scientific institutions under the Ministry in accordance with the current regulations of the State.

This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of signature, all previous decisions contrary to this Decision shall cease to be effective.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Post-Harvest Technology Institute are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the heads of units under the Ministry concerned, and the Director of the Post-Harvest Technology Institute are responsible for implementing this decision./.
